Refund & Return Policy

Snapshot

Most new, unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method.

Eligibility checklist

  • Condition: Unused and re-sellable with original packaging/tags. Include tools/hardware bundled in the box.

  • Proof: Order number or receipt required.

  • Non-returnable (unless defective on arrival):

    • Cut or applied grip tape

    • Mounted/used decks and assembled completes

    • Worn protective gear (helmets, pads)

    • Bearings installed/greased

    • Custom/special-order items and gift cards
       

Oversized or fragile returns

Completes and deck bundles must be packed to freight-safe standards. Return freight fees may apply. Damage caused by poor packaging can reduce or void the refund.
 

Who pays return shipping?

  • Change of mind / wrong size: Customer covers return freight.

  • Our error or DOA on arrival: We cover reasonable return costs once verified (photos help).

Email support@traumaskateboards.us with your Order #, the item(s), and a brief reason. We’ll reply with step-by-step instructions and, if needed, an RMA and the correct return address.

Please don’t send items without authorization—unidentified parcels may be refused.
 

Exchanges

Need a different width/concave/duro? Request an exchange within 30 days (subject to availability). Often the fastest path is return + new order—we’ll advise.
 

Refund timing

After your return is delivered, allow 5–7 business days for inspection. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Most banks/card issuers post within 3–7 business days after we process them.

Shipment issues (damaged / missing / incorrect)

Notify us within 7 days of delivery—attach photos if damaged and include your order number—we’ll make it right.
 

Cancellations

Cancel before shipment for a refund minus a 5% processing offset (non-recoverable payment-processor fees). If the order already shipped, please use the return steps above.
