Shipping Policy

Effective: February 10, 2026

Service area

We currently ship throughout the United States (many APO/FPO addresses when carrier-eligible). International shipping isn’t available yet.

Processing cadence

Orders confirmed by 12:00 PM Eastern typically enter processing the same business day; most items ship within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).

Transit estimates (after dispatch)

  • Standard Ground: ~3–7 business days

  • Expedited: ~2–5 business days
    Estimates may extend due to weather, holidays, remote areas, or carrier capacity.

Decks, completes & bulky items

  • Packaging: Decks ship in protective sleeves/boxes; completes are padded and braced.

  • Freight/LTL: Rarely, oversized bundles or shop fixtures may ship via freight with appointment & signature required.

  • Inspection at delivery: If a box looks crushed or punctured, note it with the driver and take photos; contact us within 48 hours.

Tracking & split shipments

Tracking is emailed when a label is created; the first scan can take up to 48 hours to appear. Multi-item orders may ship separately—each box has its own tracking number.

Address accuracy & returns to sender

Verify your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel returns undeliverable or due to an address error, we’ll help reship and may charge a re-delivery fee.

Damage or loss in transit

If your package is missing or arrives damaged, email support@traumaskateboards.us within 7 days of the marked (or expected) delivery date with photos and your order number.
